Privacy Policy

Sinabro Engage is an internal content-discovery and engagement-assistance tool for the Sinabro brand. It surfaces public Threads posts related to habits, routines, and consistent record-keeping so a human administrator can review them and decide whether to engage manually. The service performs no automated liking, commenting, following, or posting; all engagement is initiated by an administrator.

Via the official Threads API (Keyword Search), we read and store metadata of public Threads posts that match configured keywords:

• Post permalink (URL)
• Author username
• Post text content
• Like count and timestamp (when available)

We do not collect private messages, email addresses, passwords, or any non-public data. We do not use Threads login credentials for browsing.

Collected post text may be sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a suggested reply or quote for the administrator to review. Suggestions are never published automatically. An administrator may copy a suggestion and post it manually, or publish a quote only by explicitly clicking a button.

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Records are retained until the administrator marks them completed or ignored, or requests deletion. We do not sell or rent data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers that make the service work: Supabase (database), Google Gemini (suggestion generation), and Resend (administrator notification email).

If you are the author of a post we have stored and want it removed, contact us and we will delete the corresponding record promptly.
